3 short steps to get your books up and running — takes about 15 minutes.
Step 1 — Accept your YNAB invite
YNAB (You Need A Budget) is the cash management tool I use to track how your money is allocated each month. I've already set it up for you.
→ Check your inbox for an invite from ynab1@sernaaccounting.com — it comes from YNAB directly. Click accept and create your account.
Step 2 — Add me as your accountant in QuickBooks
→ Log in at quickbooks.intuit.com → click the gear icon ⚙️ → Manage Users
→ Click Accounting Firms → Invite → enter gio@sernaaccounting.com
→ Hit Send Invitation
Step 3 — Add me as view-only at your bank
This lets me pull your statements each month — no need to send them manually.
→ Log in to your bank's online portal → go to Account Settings or Manage Users
→ Add a new user: gio@sernaaccounting.com
→ Set access to View Only (or "Inquiry Access" / "Read Only")
→ Select all business accounts and credit cards → save
